crater lake
Yesterday we drove through the Portland area. It got up to 111 degrees. They are in a heat wave...record highs for the area.
We are stopping at Crater Lake (Oregon) on the way back. We are still very far away!
I had trouble with the camera last night and couldn't get the pictures onto the computer. Annoying!!
Sydney is very homesick. She is in a much better mood today because she knows we are heading back now. Soon she will be with her mom and this will all be a distant memory.
Good times though...
We are stopping at Crater Lake (Oregon) on the way back. We are still very far away!

Now in Oregon
Going to visit some Lewis and Clark sites, today.
Yesterday we drove along the Pacific Coast and stopped to enjoy the view. I will post pictures when I can. Its the stuff that isn't planned that ends up being so special. We had to hike down to the beach from the street. Sydney had a fun time finding sand dollars. I have a nice picture of her jumping in the sand.
A couple of us are getting a bit burnt out from all the travel, but we will be home very soon!

Seattle
The three of us went to the Mariners/Indians game last night. It was a blast and the Indians even won!!
We will be in Seattle until Monday morning. I should have plenty of time to update the blog with pictures and comments.
